How to create a scratch name for TIN in arcgis 10.4 arcpy.

We are trying to write a code using a scratchfolder, but we haven't found how to define a data type for a TIN in creating a scratchname. Any ideas?

We have been looking at create a scratch name but there is no data type for tin. For our code, the data type has to be a tin, not shapefiles or raster.

from your installation folder geoprocessing_data_types.pdf it says catalogPath as mentioned in this help topic haven't tried it, but it is worth a shot
