I am unable to publish a survey and the error message gives absolutely no idea about why its not allowing me to publish.  I'm guessing it may be related to the fact that I saved a draft before trying to publish.  I have since deleted the copy but no luck.

I have successfully created and published a much smaller survey.

Any ideas most welcome.

Hi Vanesa,

Currently the Survey123 website is being impacted by an issue with our backend infrastructure provider (as are many other services).

Hi James,

Thanks for your response however I tested and was able to publish a

separate survey yesterday which means the problem is specific to the

survey. I did receive a call this morning from ESRI Australia. They have

generated a ticket for support but it is rather urgent that I get this

survey published as we are in a critical trial phase for a project. Today

was supposed to be the decision day for whether we use an online app or

revert to GPS's. At this moment the garmins are looking like the more

reliable option.

If you have any further ideas about how to troubleshoot this issue, I'd

love to hear them.

Thanks,

Vanessa

Hi Vanessa, are you still having problems publishing it?  Can you share your XLSform?

Hi James,

Still unable to publish.  I'm only using Survey123 Web not Connect.

Thanks Vanessa

Could you try doing a 'Save As' to try creating a duplicate survey? I'm not aware of anything that should be preventing publishing at this time.

Resolution: for some reason Firefox was preventing this survey from publishing (presumably related to one of the data types as I was able to publish a much simpler survey).  I successfully published the survey using Internet Explorer.
