Multiple layers not responding?

Has anyone had any trouble loading layers on AGOL this morning (16-01-2017)? I am receiving "layer is not responding" every time I open AGOL for every layer on my map. Is this an issue with the new updates or should I look further? Thanks in advance.

Yes, everything seems to be working fine now. It was down for about 4 hours from 830am to 1230 pm EST on Monday, Jan 16. Thank you for your response.
