Jewelry Box theme. WAB 2.2

Is it possible to include minimize and maximize buttons on my widget? Like the control box on a basic window form.

No the Jewelrybox theme is not designed to have max and min buttons. So there is nothing in the code for that. It would take some redesign/coding of the themes panel and some deal of css mods.
Is it offered on other themes? Which one(s)?
