I have a template for a USNG grid map utilizing the MGRS Grid Lines and the mxd is set to use UTM and works perfect, however, after publishing it to the ArcGIS Server and use the ExportWebMap specification using a map service in NAD83 Harn, I cannot get the labels on the template to populate correctly. Anyone else have this issue? I attached a pdf showing the grid lines and the coordinates, but, they do not match the correct USNG grids as shown in the map itself
