I was reading some references and could be the certificate in the domain.
And this is the embedded Web Map app, which is sending the warning.

Could be that the links not using a https connection are the reason of the warning message.

If I try to run another instance in Microsoft Edge,

It requires to be logged . None of the WMA are shared.
