Problem Connecting to License Manager, Error Code = -158

One of our users is getting the error message below when starting ArcMap. She can ping the server; we are using version 10.3 of the License Manager.



I have not been able to find anything regarding this error message. Does anyone have an idea of what might be going on? I'd be happy to provide more details, just not sure what else to add since I have no idea what the issue really is. Thanks!
