I have a 3D question. I have 3D point data for both ground and features. I am wanting to use the "features" points to created 3D buildings, is this possible?
I have two multi-point datasets, one for ground and another for "features". I am wanting to created a 3d image of this downtown area, with buildings and show land use by floor for each building. I would need to create 3D buildings from the multi-point feature class, is this doable? I am pretty new to 3D GIS, is there a workflow to do this?
