Possible to use exact coordinates when importing pictures from Flickr to Story Map Tour?

I am creating a story map tour and importing the pictures from Flickr.

It is asking me to click on the map to locate each point. Having to do it this way means I have to zoom in perfectly to each location which is time consuming and can cause errors.
Is there an option to insert the coordinates?

Hi Eninna,

Yes, you can do this. If you know the coordinates (X and Y) for each picture, you can put this info into a CSV and then put a link for the image in the CSV as well.

This site somewhat runs you through how to do this:

Story Map Tour Tutorial | Story Maps

If you download the configurable app (http://links.esri.com/storymaps/map_tour_template_zip ) you can get the CSV template from there.

Eninna,

Another thought is if your pictures are already geotagged, then they should 'pop' into place where they are tagged. If you can easily go in and update the EXIF data of your picture, then you can update its coordinates in there. Flickr recognizes the EXIF data and will geotag it for you.
