It seems that ArcGIS for Server 10.2.2 changes the order of XY Coordinates when requesting features from WFS in EPSG 3857. The values are X and Y. Whereas, there should be Y and X. The issue does not appear when sending request in EPSG 4326 - the values are in the correct order. Is it a well-known issue of ArcGIS for Server 10.2.2. Was it resolved in the future release like 10.3?
