unable to add service layer in edit widget

Hi,

1. i am trying to draw polygons and edit the existing polygons and need to save updated details into the database. But, i am not able to add service layer in the default edit widget of web app builder.

2.when am trying to configure the default edit widget,i have enabled the editable beside to the layer but  the list of the editable polygons is not visible as below.

  The widget looks in the maps layers and attempts to find any editable layer. For a layer to be editable it has to have a FeatureServer url, this is different from the standard MapServer url. Do you have layer that have been published with the Feature Access option checked when published by ArcGIS Manager?

I have a Feature server URL. It have been published with feature access option. below URL is the feature server layer

Where i need to insert this URL in WAB ?

This url needs to be added to the Web Map that you use in your wab app.
