Hello. I'm working with two datasets, one is a polygon layer and one is a point layer. The polygon layer is just for reference and the point layer is the one I am creating. I want to be able to create a point and have one of the fields be automatically populated based on an attribute within the spatially associated polygon into which the point falls; kind of like a 'live' spatial join. I do not want to do a spatial join at the end or another process which outputs a new layer, I want this field population to occur as I am editing and create the point. Is this possible? Thanks!
