Issues with adding attachment in Survey123

I have updated Connect to Version 1.2.18 and my Samsung tablet to 1.2.49. Also, new survey created today as well. Since the update I am unable to add an attachment to my survey. Taking a photo works just fine, but when I try to add an attachment all I get is "Pictures" at the top of the screen with no choices and no where to go? Any ideas? Prior to the update I was able to attach any doc I wanted (mainly want to attach PDF files). Help! BuG? or user error?
