Hello all,
I am using descriptions to populate my legend since I have better control over wrapping of text. That said, I have entered all the static symbols' descriptions by hand. However, I do have a few unpredictable symbols that I need to add dynamically. Thus, does anyone know how to do one of the following.
Populate Legend Symbol descriptions via a text field in the layer's attribute table?
or
Populate Legend Symbol descriptions via arcpy individually? I cant populate the entire set of symbols as they are already set in the mxd doc. I just need to be able to populate descriptions for these "wild card" symbols.
