We deal with many external partners who we share data with. Up until now the users we have dealt with have not had an AGOL account so we have just set them up as new users within our organization however I am now having trouble adding existing users who are members of other organizations. Has anyone come across this problem before?
What I really want to do is add these existing users to a group I have so we can collaborate on a project. Is this only possible if we are members of the same organization? Is there any way to add them to my group without adding them to my organization? Or can they be members of 2 organizations?
