Editing Floating Panel with more than One image

I'm creating a Story Map and have been able to embed an image in the floating panel, but when I try to add an additional link, it seems to lock up.

Is there only one image allowed?

I'm not certain if I'm supposed to shrink the grey block outline and create another one or embed the second image in the same block area?

Sorry about your issue, did you insert the image by copy/pasting?

Copy/pasting an image should not be authorized but I know that sometimes the app let that goes, the "insert media" button will let you do that:

If you use that button you should never see the grey bar and have no problem inserting multiple images.
