I am trying to write a script that will utilize data in our SDE, but I keep getting an error when using pyScripter saying the Input data does not exist. This only happens when i use the Anaconda python instance I have installed. If i switch my python path to point to the version of python in c:\python27\ArcGIS10.3, things work fine. This is not the ideal solution for me though. Does anyone know why the version of python i have installed in c:\Anaconda does not play nice with a SDE? A couple notes: All versions of python in question are 32-bit and version 2.7.8. Thanks everyone.
