We are trying to access the rest services on one of our instances but get the following error below. I did run a Post install several times but it is still inaccessible. We have no issues accessing "manager" for this instance. We have 2 instances that are currently running on our GIS server. One of the instances, we can access Rest, but in our 2nd instance we can't. The configurations (IIS authentication and security) are identical for both instances. I just don't know why we can not access this instance.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
