problems with creating a contour map

I've been trying to make a contour map for groundwater levels collected from 3 monitoring wells. When I run the Kriging method for interpolation it goes through with it, but it creates a solid color raster file. In the TOC the file displays 8 classes each one with a different color symbol. The raster displayed in the extent however is on solid color. Is there a better method to creating a groundwater level contour map? Or is there a way to export this differently to display the correct way?

Is it a display problem, or data problem? If you click with the Identify tool, does it return sensible numbers, or a constant value? If sensible, it's a display problem and you should Calculate Statistics. If a constant value, you have made an error running the tool, or your data are not what you think they are.

If indeed you only have 3 points, then contouring isn't for you.  Consider the Euclidean allocation tool in the Spatial Analyst which is weakly based upon the premise that the space around the points will share similar characteristics.    Even that recommendation has the caveat that you have too few points and probably nothing to suggest that spatial allocation is even appropriate.
