Schematic - error when export POL diagram into feature class

Hi everyone,

I created a POL diagram with schematic and would like to export it into feature class or shape. It seems to be done as according to esri help.  However, I had an error below:

"There was an error exporting the layer.

The table was not found. [POL_Template_POL_one_Roads_MI]"

Does any one know what wrong with it?
