"Extract Data Task" fails when executing as a geoprocessing service

I am not able to execute the "Extract Data Task" model as a geoprocessing service from the server. From the server log I am getting the following

Any tips on how to resolve this?. Our ArcGIS Server version is 10.1. Also available 32 and 64 bit Python installation with the same machine.
