Map Viewer and Date Display - New Bug?

Hi.  I just learned, and confirmed, that dates in AGOL map viewer popups and "show table" are displaying one day behind the actual date in the attribute.  I verified it against map services deployed through our ArcGIS Server servers and displayed through the AGOL map viewer.  According to the reporter, Esri says this is a new bug and the recommendation from esri is to convert date fields to text fields until the issue is resolved.  Unfortunately, that is not practical for us.  So, has anyone heard of this issue or know of any information about it?

Thanks.

Mary Ellen:

I am using feature services from our ArcGIS for Server in AGOL and am seeing accurate date/time stamping of feature creation/edits (with UTC for the time).  These are the attributes from Enable Editor Tracking. Tracking.JPG

I am having a similar issue.  I make the data entry in today's date and it shows up on AGOL as yesterday. This is kinda weird - not even really a UTC issue since I did the date entry around noon and even as UTC is would still be today.
