Hi there, we are using 10.1 ArcGIS in the university (geography lab) and when we try to open ArcGIS we encounter with this warning? What could be the problem ? anybody can help please ? We have class and we can't run the software please explain with details, what can I do?

The most likely reason you received the error, ArcGIS License Manager is due to be closed or stopped the software. ArcGIS License Manager server is a good idea to check your installation of the software.
