I'm attempting to geocode a table of addresses from ArcGIS Desktop. I have selected geocode addresses and then an address locator provided by ArcGIS Online (I've tried both North America and U.S. Streets). I am receiving the following error message: "The address locator is damaged. Would you like to repair it? Access to this resource is forbidden, regardless of authorization." I am signed into my ArcGIS Online account and have credits. Any idea why I am receiving this error message?
