Good Evening:
Does Portal for ArcGIS 10.2 have the capability to send e-mail notifications to it's user's. Here's a few scenarios:
- Joe Uploads his data as a shape-file to his Portal account and would like to share this to other members in his group
- A new Web App has been developed and uploaded to the Portal by the Admin
- The Admin would like to add a new member to Group Alpha
If so
? How does the admin setup this notification process
? Can Portal monitor a shared file space and alert it members of updated files
? Is this capability already developed (i.e. out of the box) or is it configuration (exists, but needs to be configured to a system), or does it need to be developed
