I have ArcGIS 10.2; using ArcMap; when opening icon for Toolbox (or Python), system crashes every time with no event error message. Tried opening toolbox (and Python) in existing project that was created using an older version of ArcGIS and in a newly created project with identical results. Just to be clear, same thing happens when opening the dialog box for Python.
