Glitches in full extend view

Hi there,

This is my first post on this forum, so I don't know if this is the correct place or not.

I am using certain data, provided by the Dutch government (this data is publicly available), which displays the heigt of land in the Netherlands. Whenever I view the map in full extend, there are several 'glitches', as I call them.

Whenever I am zooming in, the full details of the map (without glitches) is visible.

Is there any way to somehow 'recalculate' the full extend map, or is there some other solution?

Hello, Is this data in a feature class, or a service?

If it is a feature class, try exporting the data to see if that cleans it up or check and repair the geometry.

If it is a service, then it might have something to do with the service itself.
