GDB viewing issue

I have built a file GDB in ArcMap 10. This contains a point feature class with JPEG attachments. When my customer opens this same feature class in ArcMap 10.2, she is able to use the Identify button to select an individual point and view the attributes and attachment. However, she is unable to view the attribute table as a whole (info for every point). Table appears completely blank. We tried to run it through the Update Geodatabase tool but received an error saying that the GDB was already in the updated format. Any ideas?? We're all out...

Is the table showing only the selected records? If none are selected, the table appears blank.

The table shows no records at all, only when an individual point is chosen. I am unable to group points or view the attribute table as a whole, so my customers can group by column value, etc...
