AGOL feature service missing data

Hello,

I recently uploaded a feature service layer that have 300,735 polygons on it. However, when the upload was complete the feature service only have 300,518 records. That mean that approximately 200 records were not uploaded for whatever reason. Is anyone else having the same issue? I've attached a snapshot of the upload.

There is a gap in the data that is not suppose to be there. The missing area is supposed to be covered.
