I created cache on fylesystem using ArcMap instead of ArcGIS Server because it works more rapdly.
Now, I would like update cache using ArcMap and an shapefile that contain area of interest of zone to update. The tools “Manage Map Server Cache Tiles” required an AGS Service. Is there a similar tool for update local cache by ArcMap only without using ArcGIS Server?
