Cannot publish Mapping Service HELP!! WEIRD PROBLEM

I can publish map service with the same document before. It only has one shapefile in it..

BUT, don't know why today I only see "Feature Access" in the capabilities. Map service, KML... all the other options DISAPPEARED...!!!!


WHY????

Anyone help? weird problems..

Sounds like a license level issue. Please provide details of license level/edition.

If you have licensed the Basic edition of ArcGIS Server, a.k.a. ArcSDE, then you this is the behavior that you would see so, as nidhinkn already said, my guess is that you have a licensing issue.
