Change color of embedded web border and controls

I figured out how to embed my web map in a web page.  Fortunately that was easy as I am not a web programmer by any stretch of the imagination.  My question is how/where can I insert code to change the border color and the zoom in and out button colors. As you can see in the attachment they come in as dark gray and I need them to match the rest of the web page (the ugly brown color).
Can I override this inside the iframe element, or someplace else?  It doesn't appear that you can chance the colors in the web map in AGOLO itself (only in the web app).

Nevermind. I realized I could just use the App ID instead of the Web Map ID in the iframe.  For some reason all the tutorials and documents seem to talk only about using the map and not the app for embedding maps.  Using the App ID was more useful since it retained my configuration.
