Cannot scroll to see all fields in Configure Attributes for Popups in AGO

In the configure attribute dialog box I am unable to scroll down to see all fields. I can check and uncheck the Display button but can only view the first 8 or 9 fields. When I try to scroll using bar on right, I can pull it down but it just bounces back up.

I have the free version, and have been successfully configuring attributes for months until about 2 months ago.

I am not seeing this behavior.

What browser and version are you using?
Do you know how many attribute fields you have?
Can you share the URL to the web map you're having problems with?
