Can`t apply layer symbology for GA layer in Model Builder

I need to apply classification, and color ramp for "Filled contours" and "Contors" of my GA layer before Model builder will export it to Contour.shp. I`ve created a .lyr file with my symbology, but it seems that I can`t use it in Model Builder for my GA layer.
How can I perform what I want? 😉

It is not supported for Geostatistical layers.

You could send your output to a raster and then reclass the raster and convert that to polygons  (or use Filled Contours from http://blogs.esri.com/esri/arcgis/2013/01/17/introducing-the-spatial-analyst-supplemental-tools/).

too bad... maybe, ESRI should implement this option in 10.2
exported raster from geostatistical layer looks not so good as source (even if you use small cell sizes). Smoothness of the contours makes sense for me, so either I can`t use Filled Contours tools.
