How to build a new Model input?
How to get a service time parameter to Tier Input (Application Virtualization, Web Application Server, Web Services, GIS Services and Data)?
For example:
Having a quick look at model 'ArcGIS Server REST Mapping Vector ArcSDE' we can see a default SPECint rate 13,62 and 13,42.
If I'am design with a better hardware for example SPECint rate 41,75, the "service time" will be the same? or The System Design tool calculate this difference internally?
Define a new Model Input is pretty mystery about System Design Tool.
