Where to get Sample Template for Web Bulders Apps Developers

I thought I looked everywhere, but I am looking for the sample template in order to make custom widgets from the developers edition site (Create a custom in-panel widget—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) | ArcGIS for Developer... ). Thanks in advanced!

There are 5 samples widgets already downloaded with Developer edition.

These can be found here: (your save location)\arcgis-web-appbuilder-1.1\client\stemapp\widgets\samplewidgets

I am using the CustomWidgetTemplate for my custom widget.
