Refresh Interval Doesnt Work on Popup

Right now I have a refresh interval set on my feature service in my WAB app. When a popup is open and the refresh occurs, the data in the popup isnt refreshed. To properly refresh the popup I need to close the popup and open it again.

Is there a way to have the popup update on the refresh interval (even if the popup is open)?

Not that I am aware of. Sounds like a good enhancement request. Call it into tech support.

Were you able to get the popup refresh working? We are running into the same issue.
