Need Help With Custom Widget Tutorial

Create a custom widget using the Report dijit—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) | ArcGIS... 
I am going through the report dijit tutorial and I followed everything that it told me to follow.

I am getting errors and it is not showing the results or displaying anything.

Sam,

   In step 2 of the instructions it says:

Paste the folder in client\stemapp\widgets and rename it Report, or something similar.

Though they say  or something similar, the rest of the instructions assume that you did name it "Report" and not something else. I see you have named it "MyWidget"
