Robert Scheitlin, GISP‌ Hi,  Sorry I am new to web appbuilder and would like to create a menu in a ListLayer Widget, cres make this possible?

A menu?... Each layer in the layerlist already has the ... menu.

Yes, what I need is for Economy and Natural Areas to be a submenu, and that when deploying group1, economy and natural areas appear

and if for example I want to hide the natural areas layer and show when I press a button? That's possible?

There is the Layer Toggle Button widget that does that.
