Trying to find an Extract Data Widget to use like we had in Flexviewer. We use the webpage so the Engineers can download a custom map for AutoCad. Any help is appreciated.

You can publish an extract data task as a geo processing service (publish it from your geoprocessing results window) then use it in your geoprocessing widget in WAB.

I tried this tool from the demo page and looks great. I just can't figure out how to implement it. Any help is appreciated.

Just in case you have not heard about "ArcGIS for AutoCAD" (free)...
You can not extract but you can view map services and more..

If you can get that arcgis for autocad plugin to work consistently, its great.  Good Luck
