Info Summary - Addtion

Good evening/morning everyone,

I am currently developing a ArcGIS Web Application for 911 Mapping for about 15-20 counties. The map currently holds the layers for Police, Fire and EMS and when a location and/or coords are entered into the search bar, the map goes there.

I am using the Info Summary widget to display the Police, Fire and EMS agencies that respond to that area. However, the Info Summary shows the information based on the extent of the map. I like the way the Info Summary displays the data and searches, however I would like it to only show the data based on the map pin like the Summary Widget does.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
