eSearch issue with spatial search

I'm experiencing a new problem with the eSearch widget that I just installed that is related to running a spatial search on another service layer from the currently selected feature in another service layer.

Everything appears to work correctly in that I am able to perform the select by value on the initial Search Layer.  However, in the By Spatial search dialog it correctly lists the "Search entities of:" values in the drop-down to include the second layer.  What happens is that when I click the "intersected by" it selects coincident features from the first layer where the first selection is made!

This wasn't an issue in previous versions from what I remember and I only noticed this recently when doing some testing.

Any suggestions on what to do or where to look to see if something is not getting updated when I make any settings changes?

Thanks!

James,

Sorry this is a new issue in 1.3 I broke something unintentionally.

Here is a thread that provides the code fix workaround until 1.3.0.2 comes out:
