Customizing pop-up window for a 3D layer in WAB 2.22

I am new to the Web AppBuilder community. I would like to ask how I could customize pop-up windows in a 3D building layer with customized text (e.g. URL). Which javascript file I should look for to change the default text in the pop-up window?
