Dear sir or madam,
is there a widget, which allows the user to share a csv table with an email address?
I know the "share" widget, but I only want to share a csv and not the whole map.
If not, what could be the right approach?

As WAB is a clientside technology there is no email server. So the quick answer is no. If you can somehow connect to your own email server and use it to send the email then that would work.
