Create feature service from widget in Portal for ArcGIS?

Hi there,

is it possible to create a hosted feature service from a custom web app builder widget to publish data inside?

Do I have the possibility to in Portal for ArcGIS to change the output location, for example to an empty hosted feature service, when publishing an geoprocessing tool (Buffer) to Portal?
