Water Utilities Documentation

I have downloaded the latest Water Utility Data Model.  While their is a folder called documentation and a html DataDictionary.htm it contains links to nonexistent webpages: file:///C:/Projects/GDB%20XRay/Working/GISDataModel.html#FeatureDatasets

Where can I find the rest of the documentation?

I downloaded the zip file but when I click on it I get a error saying "The Compressed (zipped) Folder is invalid or corrupted."

Can you try downloading it again?  I just tested it and it extracted fine.  We have seen issues with downloading in IE, so I would also try Firefox or Chrome if you have it installed.

Thank you, the zip file was fine when I downloaded it with Google Chrome
