Water Lateral Infrastructure Template ArcEditor 10.3

Anyone know how I can set default lateral sizes on "domestic connection with lateral"?
Dialog box pops up and I have to scroll to pick the correct lateral size every time, would be nice to have
default sizes that would automatically input without have to pick them.
Not a huge issue just kind of annoying when you have to create a lot of them.

Don,
   You need to list an edit template in the config file.  This will prevent the dialog from popping up.
