Rotate Valves 0 after Attribute Assistant

I have followed the instructions in how to use Attribute Assistant. It worked good for 701 valves, all these were rotated, but for some reason it did not rotate 52 valves (SymbolRotate value for these was left at 0) as shown here:

 

I checked these 52 valves and they are snapped to the pipe, and the pipe is broken at each valve. 

Any ideas on what could be happening?

Cancel this. Seems to be a data issue. Attribute Assistant is working good. I had to turn off Attribute Assistant then manually rotate the 52 valves. All is good now.
