I have been tasked with building a Meter Reading Database. We have 5 large meters that staff currently goes on site to read twice a month. I need to build a database that will keep the bi-monthly readings for each of the 5 locations. I want to use Web AppBuilder to create a web app for staff to use to manually add each reading and also request to have a picture taken of the Meter Dial in case of improper readings. The reading list needs to be a running list of readings so staff can see if the meter is operating correctly or not.
I am having trouble how to build the database? Relationship tables? ESRI says Attribute Assistant? (which they haven't gotten to work yet) Does anyone have any ideas or examples?
