I am currently working on a GIS graduate project using hypothetical data utilizing Esri's Lead Service Lines Solutions. I have uploaded a few points using the Lead Service Line Editor and went to the Dashboard and noticed that I do not have an option to download the csv file. Is this because I am using a student account? Or any other reasons why this might be?
Also, is there any easier way to upload hundreds of lines of data from a csv file into the attribute table in ArcGIS pro and the fields auto-populate? I have tried a few different ways, but there doesn't seem to be a way that I am able to find that works. I would assume that there would be a way through DataLoader, but I would assume that there is a specific excel spreadsheet to use with the correct schema so that the data loads properly, but I cannot find anything online for this. Thanks so much!

Hi Danielle,
In regards to the Download Data button in dashboard, please follow the steps in the Configure Lead Service Line Dashboard section in the Configure tab of the documentation for the Lead Service Line Inventory solution found here
To load your data in the correct format try using the Data Loading Tools. This ArcGIS Pro toolbox provides source to target mapping and includes the ability to transform source data into the correct format in the target dataset. To install the Data Loading Tools, use the ArcGIS Pro Project Manager in ArcGIS Pro.
The Data Loading Tools toolbox wasn't loaded in my ArcGIS Pro. This link should help you get to the point of Install the Data Loading Tools—Get Started | ArcGIS Solutions.
